All products are new unless specified.

UNWANTED ITEMS

Products are supplied with a 7 day cooling off period. Products should be returned in the same condition they were received with prior agreement.

Any items not suitable for sale as new will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from any refund given.

Should you need to return a purchase please contact us at help@igadgitz.com .We will not reimburse any return shipping costs if you have not contacted us to obtain details of how to return a product. When you return items to us we advise you to obtain proof of postage, which is free from any post office.

SOFTWARE

Please note that software is non-refundable once installed and activated. The only exception is if the manufacturer deems it to be faulty.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 30-day warranty unless specified.

COMPLAINTS

Should you in anyway be dissatisfied with our products or service, please contact us and we will address your complaint within 3 working days. Should more time be needed, we will acknowledge your complaint and provide a timescale.
