BACKGROUND

This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and INNOV8 GB Ltd the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

Definitions and Interpretation

This allows us to identify recurring visitors and to analyse their browsing habits within the Web Site. Where e-commerce facilities are provided, Cookies may be used to store your shopping basket. Further details are contained in Clause 10 and Schedule 1 of this Policy;
"Data"	means collectively all information that you submit to the Web Site. This includes, but is not limited to, Account details and information submitted using any of our Services or Systems;

"Service"	means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that INNOV8 GB Ltd makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future;

Our Use of Data
1. 3.1 Any personal Data you submit will be retained by INNOV8 GB Ltd for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to 6 months. However INNOV8 GB Ltd will not store any financial details including credit and debit card details.
2. 3.2 Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not include our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.

Your Personal Information

You can review the personal information you provided us and make any desired changes to such information at any time by logging in to your account on the iGadgitz website and changing your details by using the links under the 'Modify Details' heading. You can also close your account by contacting us. If you close your account, we will mark your account in our database as "Closed", but will keep your account information in our database. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account. However, if you close your account, your personally identifiable information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, or as required by law.
